Approved agencies decide what customer and booking information they add to the workspace. Vdt Holidays processes that information to provide booking, wallet, invoice, support, and access-control workflows.
The workspace is designed around practical agency operations, not public traveler checkout.
Private workspace access is scoped by agency membership and role. Sensitive operations remain server-side, and agencies give access only to team members who need it for booking, finance, or support work.
Vdt Holidays may use infrastructure, database, hosting, communication, payment, support, and travel-supplier providers to operate the service. Approved agencies can request provider context when it is needed for onboarding, security review, or compliance review.
Agencies keep customer details accurate, avoid uploading unnecessary personal documents, remove access for former team members, and use the workspace only for legitimate travel booking operations.
